Job Offer – Maternity Nanny / Experienced Baby Nanny
Start Date: 10th September 2025
Location: Primarily Switzerland, with international travel
Children: 1 (5-month-old baby) + occasional support for sibling (3.5 years)
Position: Live-in or Live-out (depending on arrangements)
Contract Type: Full-time, long-term
Key Responsibilities
Provide sole care for the 5-month-old baby: routines, feeding, sleeping, and development.
Support with weaning and early baby milestones.
Organise stimulating age-appropriate play and activities.
Occasionally assist with the older child (3.5 years old) if required.
Light nursery duties (baby’s laundry, preparing bottles/meals, keeping nursery tidy).
Travel with the family and adapt to new environments and routines.
Candidate Requirements
European or UK passport holder (for ease of travel).
Proven experience with babies 5 months+.
Strong knowledge of weaning and developmental milestones.
Fluent English.
Warm, professional, discreet, and flexible approach.
Relevant childcare qualifications or maternity training highly desirable.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: CHF 4,000 – 5,500 per month (gross), depending on experience, training, and accommodation arrangements.
Accommodation: To be discussed (live-in or live-out).
Travel expenses covered when accompanying the family.

Management of household supplies, toiletries and pet supplies and replenishing as needed
Running errands when required
Answering the door and taking deliveries
Managing the weekly food shop
Preparing a family-style meal each day
Light cat care (e.g. scooping litter boxes)
Watering plants
Nursery drop-offs/pick-ups when required and looking after the little girls if she unwell and unable to attend nursery
Candidate specification:
A fluent English speaker is required with good communication
Experience working in a similar position undertaking all housekeeping duties
Confident working with young children and flexible to take on duties as and when required
Able to prepare healthy meals for the family
Someone who is proactive and can manage their own time
Must be pet friendly and happy to work in a home with two cats
